We have been enjoying settling into our new Melton office over the past few months.
It has been great to welcome new and existing clients. Many clients have never visited my office, but one of the changes brought about recently has been to hold most of my meetings at the office.
Lorraine and Peter are really enjoying meeting clients as they arrive, in many cases putting faces to names after many years.
The feedback from clients has also been lovely, as it really gives clients a sense of who we are as a team.
In fact, just this week, Lorraine spent longer chatting to a client than I did in the subsequent meeting. As many of you know, I enjoy chatting, so that was quite an achievement!
Our client meeting room includes presentation equipment, to effectively illustrate and guide many aspects of financial planning, such as investment strategies and lifetime forecasting.
As many of you will know from our discussions, such areas are some of the cornerstones of planning in aiding robust and considered planning decisions, so I use our screen to interactively illustrate and consider future scenarios.
